The Cobbold Explorer package includes accommodation, meals, Gorge Tour plus an epic 15-minute scenic helicopter flight. On arrival at Cobbold Village pop into Reception, where a fabulous Team Cobbold member will complete your check-in (plus weigh you for your heli flight), then you’ll be advised your times for the 3-hour guided Cobbold Gorge Tour plus 15-minute scenic helicopter flight, and handed the keys to your allocated accommodation with private ensuite. Meals are included in the Cobbold Explorer package, making this a truly relaxing holiday in the savannah. MacDonalds licensed Bar & Bistro is the place to be, with the choice of undercover or deck seating and views over the nearby Infinity Pool and lagoon.

There’s plenty of time to relax and refresh as a Cobbold Explorer and it’s well worth making the most of our fabulous swim-up pool bar, plus the Cobbold Cocktails drinks menu may tempt you. Or perhaps you’re feeling more energetic and ready to explore your surrounds; if this sounds like you, there’s complimentary kayaks available on the lagoon and hiking tracks and trails around the property allowing you to experience a slice of the outback.

Cobbold Explorer PACKAGE DETAILS

The Cobbold Explorer package can be booked as a 3 day / 2 night adventure, or 4 day / 3 night stay. It’s a fully hosted experience at Cobbold Village and Gorge, including tours, accommodation and meals. The following inclusions and conditions apply:

• Offer available 1 April – 31 October 2026.
• Accommodation is in one of our spacious rooms with private ensuite.
• The Cobbold Gorge tour includes a scenic boat ride through the gorge, guided walk through the surrounding country and escarpment and the glass bridge.
• A 15 minute Sandstone Discovery scenic helicopter flight is included in the package. Helicopter flights are minimum 2 people and maximum 3, and are subject to a maximum limit per seat of 136kgs, and subject to combined maximum flight limit.
• All meals (as listed below) are included in the Cobbold Explorer package and are provided at MacDonalds Deck Licensed Bar & Bistro.
  • The 3 day / 2 night package includes 2 x dinner and 2 x breakfast (including Barista coffee), with 1 x lunch.
  • The 4 day / 3 night package includes 3 x dinner and 3 x breakfast (including Barista coffee), with 2 x lunch.
• The Cobbold Explorer package is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
